Sure Thing Chapel Too: Your Vegas Wedding Guide

If you’ve already fallen in love with the charm of Sure Thing Chapel, just wait until you meet her baby blue sister. Sure Thing Chapel Too officially opened in October 2024, just two doors down from the OG. And yes, she’s just as cute. Same vintage vibes, different aesthetic. She’s a retro dream in powder blue and every bit as full of character and creativity as the original.

As one of their preferred photo vendors on their list, I’ve had the chance to document some seriously sweet moments here, and I can confidently say this space brings the fun. Whether you’re already eyeing it for your elopement or just want the lowdown, this guide will walk you through what makes Sure Thing Too so special and why it might just be your perfect “I do” spot.

Sure Thing Chapel Too: The Spaces, the Style, the Vibe

Sure Thing Chapel Too has all the vintage magic you’d expect, but with a baby blue twist. It’s more intimate than the original chapel, making it perfect for couples who want a smaller guest list. The space fits around 15 to 20 guests comfortably and still brings the full vibe.

The chapel is designed with so many thoughtful details. You’ll find a classic heart altar framed by soft vintage curtains, a Wurlitzer piano playing the dreamiest songs, a working rotary phone, and some truly iconic elephant backdrops. There are even disco baby cherubs, which add that extra playful touch. Every corner feels styled yet effortless. It photographs beautifully and looks even better on film!

The Heart Altar

A signature touch carried over from the OG chapel. This one’s framed with soft vintage blue curtains and gives you the perfect pop of color and nostalgia. It’s the kind of backdrop that looks good in every light and every season.

The Wurlitzer Piano

Yes, it’s real. Yes, it plays. Add live Wurlitzer songs to your ceremony for a totally dreamy vibe. You can even choose one of the songs, which feels super personal in the best way.

The Working Rotary Phone

A sweet little detail that always gets guests talking. It’s vintage, it’s real, and it fits the space perfectly. Couples have used it for cute moments and its the best prop next to some of your detail shots.

The Convertible

This classic car add-on is more than just a photo op. After your ceremony, you can take a quick stroll across the street to this car and cozy up inside or strike a few poses on it or around it for that old-school Vegas feel. It's available with certain packages and brings a timeless, cinematic touch to your portraits.

There are two vintage cars that can show up: a wonderfully vibrant and classic red option or a black with red interior option (though, 90% of the time, it’s the red!). Though you do not have the option to choose which, both are super gorgeous for photos!

The Photobooth

A favorite at both chapel locations is their vintage analog photobooth. The black-and-white strips are a perfect takeaway, and you get a complimentary one with most packages. You and your guests have the option to purchase more while at the chapel!

The Bathroom

Yes, this space deserves its own moment. The bathroom at Sure Thing Chapel Too is a pastel dream with mirrored walls, baby blue sinks, and pink tiles that feel straight out of a vintage movie set. It’s playful, photogenic, and totally unexpected. Whether you’re sneaking in for a mirror selfie or grabbing a quick couple’s portrait, it’s a spot that adds so much personality to your gallery.

Lady Elvis - In Red or Blue Suede

We love Lady Elvis. Don’t worry, Red Lady Elvis is still in the building, but with the introduction of Sure Thing Too, Blue Suede Elvis is coming in hot! Both beautiful ladies offer a playful, tender, full-on performance for any lucky lovebirds that choose to say ‘I do’ with Lady Elvis.

Sure Thing Too Wedding Packages

Sure Thing Chapel Too offers several curated wedding packages depending on how much time, energy, and flair you want. All packages include an officiant and marriage license filing. Chapel time ranges from 30 or 60 minutes with a max guest count of 15 to 24 depending on the package. You can make it your own by adding florals by the insanely talented Lucid Juliet (in collaboration with Sure Thing), live music on the famous Wurlitzer, a vintage car, or in true Vegas fashion, a burlesque show before the vows.

  • This is their most popular pick for elopements and smaller groups (up to 15 people). It includes an officiant-led ceremony, marriage license filing, and a complimentary photobooth strip for you. Extras are available if you want to level things up, like flowers, Wurlitzer piano time, or a classic car for portraits.

  • Everything in “Just Like Heaven,” plus a 15-minute photo session in a vintage convertible after your ceremony. Great for couples who want that timeless Vegas moment!

  • This one gives you an hour in the chapel for a fuller experience with up to 24 guests. You’ll get an officiant, marriage license filing, four photobooth strips, and access to fun upgrades like florals, music, and that classic car.

  • Perfect for music lovers. This includes everything in “Cherry on Top” with two live Wurlitzer songs during the ceremony. One song is even your choice, which adds a sweet personal touch.

  • A full hour of celebration with your choice of pre-ceremony entertainment. You can pick either an Elvis performance or a burlesque show. This one is a whole experience. If you or your guests are shy, they recommend the Cherry on Top + Elvis instead.

  • The ultimate full-service experience with deluxe florals from Lucid Juliet (bouquet, boutonniere, and floral altar display. See photo examples here), ceremony, license filing, photobooth (4 strips), plus the option to add piano, car, or entertainment. No downgrades once booked, so prepare to splurge on a dreamy, full-on chapel affair.

Sure Thing Too on 35mm

Sure Thing Chapel Too was made for film. The baby blue walls, the soft textures, the way the light hits the space just right. It all comes through in the most beautiful way on 35mm.

While I pride myself on being a hybrid shooter with both digital and film photography, there's a softness and depth that digital just can't capture the same way. Film makes everything feel a little more nostalgic, a little more emotional. It slows things down and brings out the mood of the space in a really intentional way. Especially in a wonderfully nostalgic and carefully curated space such as the one here at Sure Thing Too.

If you're curious about the difference between digital and film, I actually wrote a blog breaking it down. You can read it here: ‘Digital vs. 35mm Film Photography’. Now here are a few of my favorite frames shot on 35mm at Sure Thing Too.

What you’ll need Before Your Sure Thing Chapel Too Elopement

Grab Your Marriage License

To make it legal, you’ll need a Nevada marriage license before your ceremony. You can start the process online, then pick it up at the Las Vegas Marriage License Bureau once you’re in town. It’s open every day from 8 AM to midnight, and you don’t need an appointment.

Here’s how it works:

  • Head to the Clark County Marriage License site and fill out the online pre-application

  • Once you’re in Vegas, go to the Marriage License Bureau at 201 E Clark Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89101

  • Bring valid ID and $102 (they take card or cash)

  • You’ll get your license on the spot and be ready to go

  • You do not need a witness to get the license, and it’s valid immediately. Just don’t forget to bring it to the chapel on the big day.

Why Sure Thing Too Might Be The One

There are a lot of wedding chapels in Vegas, but Sure Thing Chapel Too has that rare mix of charm, style, and personality that just makes it stand out. It’s playful without feeling gimmicky, thoughtful without being too polished, and the energy inside? Always good.

If you’re looking for a kitschy Las Vegas chapel with actual heart, this is it. Whether you’re keeping it simple or going full-on performance with Lady Elvis and a vintage car, it somehow holds space for all of it. That’s what I love most about it. You can show up exactly how you are, and it just works.

Sure Thing Too is one of my favorite places to photograph because it has so much character and makes every elopement feel like its own little piece of art. And if you want someone who gets the vibe, I’d love to be there with you. If you want to learn more about me, keep scrolling.

Hello Hello, I’m Cruz, Your Soon-to-be Las Vegas Elopement Photographer

California-born and a true Vegas native, I’m a second-gen Chicana, goth at heart, Aquarius, and a new mom to the sweetest little boy. I live in a spoopy little townhouse with my husband, Fernando, and our dog and cat, where we spend our days watching movies, playing music, and just spending quality time however we can.

Photography has been part of my life since I was a kid with a point-and-shoot, documenting everything just so we’d have something to hold on to. That hasn’t changed. I’m here to give you something good—something rad and nostalgic and full of heart.

If you’re getting married at Sure Thing Too and want photos that feel real, stylish, and true to you, inquire with me here. And if you’re not ready yet, that’s cool too. Check out more on the blog for ideas, inspiration, and a closer look at what I do.
